नारियल (कटा हुआ) - १/२ कप​
नमक - १ छोटा चम्मच​

काजू - १ चम्मच (८ से १०)
लहसुन - ३ कलियां
सौंफ़ - १ + १ छोटा चम्मच​
इमली - १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
खाद्य तेल - २ चम्मच​
तेज पत्ता - १ पत्ता
दालचीनी - १ इन्च​
इलाइची - १
लोंग - ३
कढी पत्ता - ८ से १० पत्ते
प्याज (मध्यम आकार​) - १, कटा हुआ
हरी मिर्च - २, कटी हुई
आलू (१ सीटी तक उबले हुए) - २, कटे हुए
मटर - २ चम्मच​
हल्दी पाउडर - १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
नमक - १ छोटा चम्मच​

खाद्य तेल - १ चम्मच​
उडद दाल - १ चम्मच​
चना दाल - १ चम्मच​
लहसुन - ३ कलियां
कढी पत्ता - ४ से ५ पत्ते
प्याज (मध्यम आकार​) - १, कटा हुआ
टमाटर (मध्यम आकार​) - १, कटा हुआ
इमली - १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
नमक - १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - १ छोटा चम्मच
खाद्य तेल - १ छोटा चम्मच​ ​
राई - १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
उडद दाल - १ छोटा चम्मच​

Rice (soaked for 4 hours) - 1 cup
Coconut (chopped) - ½ cup
Salt - 1 tsp
===== Aloo Matar gravy =====
Coconut (chopped) - ½ cup
Cashewnut - 1 table spoon (8 to 10)
Garlic - 3 cloves
Fennel seeds - 1 + 1 tsp
Tamarind - ½ tsp
Edible Oil - 2 table spoon
Bay leaf - 1 leaf
Cinnamon - 1 inch
Cardamom - 1
Clove - 3
Curry leaf - 8 to 10 leaves
Onion (medium size) - 1, chopped
Green Chilli - 2, chopped
Potato (boiled till 1 whistle) - 2, chopped
Green Peas - 2 table spoon
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
