Pyro gets rid of it very quickly, especially Bennett. In the video he uses Kuku Shinobu burst to remove it which also works because its alot of electro very fast. Anemo and geo can also break it but very slowly. The Sword of Narzissenkreuz which you get from a Fontaine world quest can also give any sword character an ousia hit.

It's a regular cryo shield with a ousia weakness added on top. The elements work just fine.

Xingqui has higher hydro application than c0 yelan and he can also provide dmg reduction and interruption resistance. But yelan's hydro application also does the job and she has higher personal dmg than xingqui. And she also provides a dmg buff with her ult. So it's up to you 😊

yes because of the better hydro application (when you're playing hyperbloom the most important thing is dmg from the cores and as much hydro application as possible)
