They should add a pity system for the 4-star characters. I got my first Layla after 75 tries after getting the other 2 5 times (combined) plus 3 other characters and 3 4* weapons. At least I also won the 50/50 for Yae's C1 in the same pull. I now tried 2 times (10-pulls) for Faruzan, and I got the other 2 (3 times combined) plus 1 4* weapon in the 20 pulls. This is ridiculous.

Same song and dance whenever a new character comes out. Some people hype her into high heavens while according to others she's the worst thing since Hitler. And as always, the truth is somewhere in between. No matter what the doomposters and the clickbait Genshintubers might want you to believe, Mihoyo has been proven to be rather decent at balancing their game. As for constellations I'd say she's far less egregious than some other examples we've had in the past. Unlike, say, Sara or Gorô (in any comp not involving Itto at least) she doesn't need her C6. She's viable at C0 and then gradually gets better with every constellation. The main thing C6 does is opening up her potential to be not just a pure buffer but also deal DPS on the side since it massively decreases her energy requirements.

she's a character that demands a lot of energy but can't generate as much energy on her own. Looking at similar characters in the past, they can be really hard to play unless you maximize the ER they can get via artifacts and weapons at the cost of their buffing potential. But who knows, it's only been half a day since her release so we have to give players more time to get a feel of her and find the best way to use her without it feeling really clunky.

She's like Gorou. She has a very small subset of characters that's she completely optimal at buffing being Xiao, Heizou, and Scaramouche like Gorou is with Noelle, Itto, and Albedo. If you don't use any of those 3 Anemo characters, then Faruzan functions as a worse and less flexible Sucrose. Luckily, she's featured WITH Scaramouche on his banner rather than split on the second half banner like how Hoyoverse tends to do sometimes when releasing a new 5-star and 4-star in the same update.

@@randangbalado sara can play with raiden/keqing who are excellent batteries, gorou is played in mono geo, meaning everyone batteries him, faruzan plays with xiao who cant even battery himself (wanderer and heizou are also mediocre batteries) if you add kazuha/venti/sucrose to the team, youre not using kazuha's dmg bonus buff, venti's energy refund, or sucrose's EM buff, meaning youre better off using crit kazuha/venti/sucrose instead. that leaves sayu and jean. sayu is a terrible battery, so fav jean is the only option left, which itself is a mediocre battery at best therefore, faruzan does have the highest energy requirements out of the three specialist 4* characters so far

Exactly my problem. I would love to build Niliou and Faruzan, but I don't like the Wanderer and Venti (which the latter I own) too much and don't have any real anemo DPS, besides a neglected C2 Jean. While that may be true for Gorou and Sara, Faruzan is actually very viable as a dps carry at c3 cons and above is you play her like Ganyu or Tighnari. Similar to Heizou actually. Mihoyo might have given her energy issues, but what people overlook is that her cons also gave her a lot of high multipliers that makes building her for dps actually viable. A c6 Faruzans multiplier is more than double that of Sarasat c6. And Faruzan can buff herself just like Sara.

I tried her c0 with Fav, 237 ER in a mono anemo team with Fav Jean, Sucrose, and Xiao. Let's just say I was able to get her burst on CD, but Xiao... But anyways, I'm surprised at how strong her buffs are! Mine is lvl 70/80 c0 1/4/4 with NO and my Xiao went from ~33k solo plunges to almost 50k with just her (and ofc NO, I forgot I had it while I was doing a dmg test)

Ok hear me out: Faruzqn Jean Nahida Ei By using Nahida and Ei as off field electri dendro as the proc you can then use faruzqn for an explosive aggrevate grouping, which should e.c. quickly enough to fill Q skill and pass off to Jean running 5star Dvalin Saber (forgot its name lol) she can then proc her ulti maintaining team helth, build team energy back up and deal some pretty huge anemo damage, with agrevate from Nahi and Ei un the back ground, all in all it seems like a nice group slayer!

If you main an anemo character you want C6 Faruzan. Case closed honestly lol. You can get by without her like you always have but, with the help of the MiHoYo neglected co-op function, my C6 Faruzan allowed my F2P friend to single cycle Raiden for the first time with his Heizou since his release. (I only used Faruzan, he went in with three characters). She is a bit clunky with how her E works but like with most dedicated supports the difference she makes is almost night and day.

Nope, her multipliers at c3 is very high. Running her as main dps is just as viable as Heizou at that constellation, and her energy issues are resolved when you play her like Tighnari because she catches her own particles and let other supports funnel her. Unlike Sara and Gorou, mihoyo actually made her have pretty good damage.

Jean has 40% anemo debuff and can hold vv set and battery. I think sticking with Jean is better. Bennet can provide plenty of atk buffs. C6 Diona makes a great em buffer, shielder, and healer too. I don't think it's worth getting c6 4* buffers anymore.

Probably 2 piece glad/shiminawa + 2 piece VV/glad/siminawa with whatever has better substats. The main stat is crit/attack/anemo dmg or attack. I can do 150k with widsith weapon with benny + mona + zhongli
