Honestly, I'm not sure if it would make a difference. You can't dodge while firing his cannon anyway and it takes so long to complete that the normal 25-50 stamina would be recharged by the time you finished.

@@addedpole I mean, even if it was 50 stamina you can get up to 240 stamina from just the statues, so you'd be able to do three charged attacks. Each charge attack consumes 3 balls. Cancelling to dodge is certainly a thing, but it's REALLY suboptimal. I agree that having him consume no stamina is a good thing, I def prefer it, I just don't think it's all that powerful, since his charge attacks are completely unlike any other character in the game. I don't think it's OP. He's strong, but right now, there are other characters that are way stronger than him. Maybe with an HP support that works like Bennet, my opinion will change. Furina might completely change the game when she gets here. She wouldn't be the first Archon to do so...

@@pankace3296 well seems like you haven't tried, and like any passive buff that scales, not having every stacks is never the end of the world. The team with neuvi c0 and kazu c0 or sucrose can easily reach upwards of 1.6M DPR against a single target which beats most childe international teams (about AoE, child might have quadratic scaling but neuvi has a way bigger AoE, which is even increased with the mouse sensitivity trick) And if you got neuvi c1 or/and kazu c2 it gets even better

Ganyu is actually also work like that, her ult drop 5 random shard with each shard homing at 1 enemy. if there's 5 enemy = there's no random hit so if that 5 enemy got grouped up, then each enemy got hit 5x by her ult (since her ult is technically AOE altho small)

the geo/anemo/cryo team comp makes alot of sense to me IMO frozen is always good against non-bosses anemo to shred defense and to group mobs, since his charge attack does hit all in line geo for shield since he can get interrupted at C0 ideally zhongli would be optimal, since diona's shield is much weaker compared to zhongli, if you have zhongli, then you can swap out diona for pretty much any of the 4 star electro/dendro you get for free or should have by now unless you're a complete newbie like kuki, yaoyao, collie and fischl. beidou is also a good choice

Would having a second hydro character in his team still be possibly viable? I believe the resonance bonus increases hp and improves healing. my Ayato even with his signature weapon & kazuha support (240+ crit dmg), doesn't deal as much dmg as the Neuvillette in his character trial so yea' eventho I honestly have been hype for Ayato quite immensely in the past, now he just feels like one of the most boring characters to play with - not to mention he's just so mid' that even a sub-dps Xiangling does much more dmg than him XD but I still somewhat attached to him, because I can still reminisce about those times when he actually felt amazing to play - esp. with additional ATK spd buff (if this was possible to pull off consistently, then yea' despite low numbers - he will definitely feel overwhelmingly fun)

Baizhu is a really good healer and support for Neuvillette. Not only does he apply bloom pretty efficiently, he can also do it off field with his ult. His ult also has a bonus of healing the whole team AND adding a sheild to help with interruption resistance! Very much recommend him.

Not really. His shields are weak, the do not help him to completely negate interruption. You simply cannot rely on them, while facing enemys with an attack streaks. Baizhu is fine at c1 nev, not c0

Honestly i think baizhu would work well with him as he can give the shields to stop stagger and for those who got c2 baizhu you have completely off field healing and bloom reactions for his passive stack

Problem with baizhu's shield is that its squishy as hell, his off field dendro application doesnt really last long as well, you'd be firing neuvillete's charge attack at least 2 times on a single rotation, a better dendro applicator is more suitable at that, thats why nahida is the best for him

I have C2 Baizhu and generally his shield is ok for C0 Neuvillette as long as you can kite properly but if you really want to get up close and personal, l’d still recommend getting C1 as it opens up alot more comps. I’m currently running C1 Neuvillette/Nilou/Baizhu/Nahida and it’s an absolute blast! (Literally) 🔥🔥🔥

Actually u'll likely triger other hydro reaction by hitting the enemies (i.e. vaporise/sword from pyro/electro wielding enemies) so only 2 different elements is enough

Same here, I want him but I'm pretty sure his kit is the simple case of Nilou and Cyno (although not that restrictive), in the sense that he's a Fontaine hypercarry who will need Furina to fully maximize his potential

There's always the old reliable 3 for DPS characters that don't synergize with most supports nor rely on basic attacks. Lisa, Zhongli and Xiangling. His kit is a bit akward and T-posing for 10 seconds to defeat your enemies seems a bit restrictive, but the damage surely makes up for it. Just like Yanfei, his elemental and burst are there just to buff his charged attack, and nothing more.

I will pull for this guy (guaranteed, pity 20 smt), but my only 4* weapon is Widsith (stil on ar35), and it's occupied by Wanderer. I have 1 billet and still debating between crafting amber or mappa mare. Any suggestion, which is best for whom, and what should I craft? 5* is kinda impossible lol, and gacha keeps sending me every other thing except very much needed catalyst 🤡
