Hi Jackie!! I love this easy to follow pattern so much !! Thank you!! Is there another separate video tutorial that shows how to make the top straight edge so I can add a border? This video doesn't show a last row being a straight edge it stops with the peaks. Thank you again for showing this stitch.

How many chain do I need for 40 wide x 48 long

Chain a multiple of 4 chains until you reach the width of 40 inches. When you get the width you want chain an extra 5 chains. It depends on the hook size & yarn that your using to determine how many chains to have to reach 40 inches.
