What slides up and down the rear channel? The regulator itself uses the window channel holding the window and that small channel used to control window height. The window itself has a roller which rides up and down the front channel.

I have a 79 l82 and the driver door wont shut the latch is stuck shut and door wont unlock tried jigging the door handle while turning the key to unlock but its wont work

How do you remove the lock/unlock switch so you are able to remove the door?

Fernando Obregon There should be a Omega clip holding it on...You can usually pull it of with needle nose pliers but they make a tool that pulls it off but I've never used one...Shine a light in there and push the panel back and you can see it...Hope that helps.
