@@Ender-pp6kl it... doesn't though. it literally can't. one simple dive into the game files proves that there's not even a sound file for it. in the "music" folder, you have "ascend.mp3", "click.mp3", "grandmapocalypse.mp3", and "preclick.mp3", but no "clickforever.mp3". it's also not in the "snd" folder. plus, i highly doubt it even would play during normal gameplay even if it was in the game, seeing as the track itself doesn't even end in a way that can loop with itself.

I know it hasn't been that long but this music is very nostalgic to me. I began playing the summer of 2021, I had just finished highschool and was about to start uni. I got hooked on it and to my luck, just a month later the steam version released with this amazing music. I kept playing for a long while but eventually life just keept getting in the way and I mostly stopped now with arround 2k hours on steam. Ever since then, my life has changed very drastically and so when I look back at just how much I've changed these few years Im always reminded of this music and that summer.

this is one of the most beautiful things I've ever heard in my life. the feeling of nostalgia/happiness and sadness that these songs bring is inexplicable... C418 is a musical genius. all the songs follow the same melody, but each one has elements that make them unique... that's just amazing. Hover with no beats, Grandmapocalypse with harder notes... C418 puts a lot more feelings into simple games like cookie clicker and Minecraft, making them more special.

I like how the songs all kinda lead into eachother like one big song. Its definitely most apparent with hover and click. I would have probably released those two as one song personally. I can see why it would be that way, hover is for a tutorial segment and click is the main theme of the game, so it makes sense for hover to be an intro to click.
