even after putting temperature to -1 it will still not show in viewport

I don't like globally when I must adjust scene simulation gravity or any global values. This could be a big problem with a complex scene.

yes. How the hell you gonna do this if you have 20 other sims that use gravity.. Why is the gravity alwas global?

or you can just adjust the Density/Fuel/Temperature buoyancy in the Pyro Scene settings. same effect

This is just a basic tutorial how to get pressure into your pyro. By literally just switching 2-3 parameters in heat and just adding a ground with a collider tag improves this by 100x in 10 seconds. But thats not what this tutorial was about.
