This was my favorite adventure game, mainly because it is one of only three I completed without any guides (the other two being far more easy). What I like about it is that the puzzles are very logical. I remember an interview with the author Derek Brewster where he said his aim was to avoid the unintuitive puzzles that many adventure games had to artificially prevent people completing them quickly, without guides. Some of the puzzles may seem a bit obtuse, but if you examine everything there are quite a few hints about what to do. His earlier game, Velnor's Lair, is also very good, although I could not figure that one out without a guide.

Yeah, it's pretty good. I used to have it as a kid and played it with my brothers. We were nuts and just clueless.

@@MrLondonGo Symbolism of one eye covered and finger to the lips. All-seeing eye and vow of silence. Aleister Crowley shit. If you don't believe me then just look at any mainstream marketing for films, fashion, music, the lot. It's not a theory.
