Pole uses a pole, Sword uses a sword, Star uses throwing stars...not exactly the most imaginative names. I half expected Blues to try and hit you with a blues guitar.

This version is somehow ever better than the original, the action is furious and quite faster and the music sounds more dramatic. Also the waterfall raster is evidently better rendered and so the overall colouring which is quite more natural on the C64.

Nice longplay! Btw. I remember that music when your health drops to three bars - it was very awkward! It kind of told you that your character is now in real pain! And it was really annoying that some enemies made some endless combos, beating you in no time. Pole was the first one using them.

My first version (cracked) of this game was a bit buggy back then. The only two moves that could hit an enemy were the side jumping kick and the foot sweeper. Was enough to beat the game :D
