One of the best tunes... still one of my favourite tunes, 30+ years later

Seeing these videos one can really realize what a fucking genius Rob Hubbard is! All the clever wavesequences/waveshaping tricks and all the efforts to fit this musical piece into only 3 voices of polyphony are clearly seen here.

I can realize what a fucking fanboy you are by not realizing that the fucking genius also manages to put quite some fuckingly ugly noises into his fucking music. The fucking beginning makes your fucking ears bleed.

a terrific piece by the man. You can learn so much from his understanding of melody and the structure that knits it altogether. While there's perhaps a little coarseness occasionally in some of his pieces and some inconsistency in terms of quality even during the best ones, he's pretty much unmatched when he's banging. He was also younger then too so really remarkable stuff. This is certainly one of my personal faves along with the frankly perfect Sanxion and other greats like One man and his Droid and Flash Gordon. Star Paws also rather excellent

This is amazing. To actually see all the trix he used to get the most out of three "channels".

A C64 composer by the name of AMJ made an incredibly bopping cover of this - to be honest, it sounds like it makes a lot more sense.

Ho my goodness how on earth every voice is switching sine waves a ture scientists doing this on a 1Mz processor it's just beond imagination. It goes to show the real understanding of the c64 can preform and what the mind of Robert is capable ❤

If you take requests I think a lot of people would ove to see Cybernoid 1 and 2 from Jeroen Tel! Crazy song! All channels are shared between different instruments, usually it wasn't done to such an extent.

Just think. This game was a budget game and we got one of the best tunes ever with it. Just freakin amazing!! If my shitty memory isn't leaking like a well holed bucket am I write in thinking that the game was less than £3.00 ?? Don't get that these days!!!

This is great! Thanks... Do you split each channel into wavs then push them into after effects or such like? Good idea either way.
