That’s a great blower I have had one on my camaro a couple years now the cooling is next to none

Yes I have installed the heat exchanger. Mine didn't come with instructions either. I just started digging the old one out and put the new one in back tracking the steps.

@M. Lee I am going to have to take a look and get back to you. Its been a while so I dont remember. I can agree with you though about Edlebrock. Everytine I called with a question they were pretty lost and didn't seem to know what was going on

@M. Lee sorry I'm late on the reply. Im just getting around to checking my setup. I have the left hose on the pump and right hose goes to the heat exchanger. Is that the way yours is setup? Hope that helps

@M. Lee did you get all of the air bubbles out of the water line? If the pump gets an air bubble it has an auto shut-off feature and will shut off for about 2 or 3 minutes. It will causes temps to rise. I had this issue at first and could not figure out why my IA2 temps were so high. It takes a while to fill up the intercooler and get the air bubbles out of the line. There are some videos on here on how to do it

Hey man do you still have this? I'm in southern utah and noticed you're in Nevada so assuming vegas but I'm looking to add port injection on 19 c7z. If the guy that did yours is still doing it I'd love to have him do mine. Let me know.

How Ironic, I'm at the shop now on the dyno. Yes he is in Vegas and still does it. I just switched over to a Motech ECU so I'm getting retuned. TrevTec is the name of the shop. What blower do you have? His IG is @Trevtec

Hey thanks for the video - good information here and that's a sick build. Did you get it back on the dyno after swapping the pulley? Is this a built motor or a stock bottom end? Also is there a boost bypass valve? Maybe this could relive boost. Last questions is where did you get your line lock? Does the line lock interfere with you traction control or PTM system? Thanks and look forward to another video.

Thanks.I have been to the dyno 3x running into small bumps in the road but I have not went back since I swapped the pulley which was about 3wks ago. I tried to avoid changing that lower pulley at all cost because its so much work. So I end up reinstalling the OEM boost bypass valve to see if it would relieve some boost and the 3rd time I went to the dyno i was down to 17psi but it wasnt making much power at all. I thought the OEm bypass valve got the boost down but it turned out it was belt slip. The 1st time I went to the dyno it was the high boost issue, 2nd time was air bubbles in the blower coolant lines that kept shutting the pump off. 3x was belt slip. So i took off the bypass valve and a purchased a single port solenoid for the blower, changed the lower puller from the 18% to 9% and this is when i noticed the belt was stretched. That got me down to 16psi and im comfortable with that. I just ordered 103mm throttle body and 5" WeaponX carbon intake. Throttle body came in a few days ago, im just waiting on the intake then back to the Dyno. The bottom end is still stock. I got the line lock from total performance racing. Its pretty expensive for such a small part. It did not come with that red switch in the video. I got that off amazon to match my red interior.

@@mesoohung2069 good shit - I would think 20 psi should be good at WOT - I know yours was at 24 at only 3500 rpm. But I'd ne okay with 21 - 22 pounds at WOT if you can get it there. I think the cordes 5 inch intake is where its at for the C7Z06 making big power. How much did that carbon weapon x intake run? I think the right belt length will get rid of slip hopefully. Does the line lock interfere with traction control or your PTM system? Keep us updated.

Before I forget, ...about the line lock. I have no issue when I'm doing 1st gear burn out at low speed. Just takes a lil longer to heat up. 1st gear doesn't bother the sensor. When I do 2nd gear burn outs is when the sensors trips and the car is trying to figure out why the front wheels are not spinning. As for the intake, Dont laugh at this because I feel dumb say it because its about gains and not the cosmetic look of parts but i like the way the weaponx intake looks over the Cordes. I never saw a video or any results for the weaponx. I saw plenty for the Cordes and it legit makes power and definitely increases air flow. The size and bend are the same on the 2 so I'm hoping the weaponx unit performs. Im going on a wim. For boost I want to keep under 20psi because 91 octane sucks. I only want to run E85 for racing because the car uses so much more of it over pump. For just weekend cruising I am going to be on 91. 16 injectors are not friendly on E85. Seems to use 1/4 a tank everytime a take it out for short cruises. If there was a way to adjust boost like on a turbo then I would of ran the 24/25 when on E85. I'm hoping for mid to high 800's for the street on pump. I'll let you know how the next dyno goes.

@@mesoohung2069 For sure sounds good. Nv, Ca, and Az have shitty 91 octane. Are you running a lowside fuel pump and a cam with an increased fuel lobe for the high side? On my C7Z I'm tuned to run up to E55 - which is about 5 gal of 91 then top off the rest with E85. I monitor my ethanol content with torque pro app on my phone - you can download the PIDs and make custom ones too. You're going to be limited on 91 and will have to have the timing way down on the shitty gas. I would do at least a 50% E blend and call it. For the line lock - I don't plan on using for rolling burnouts - just for warming up the tires at the track without smoking my clutch or back brakes is all.

That's a lot of blower! I wanted the Magnuson as well but ran into a used Edelbrock 2300. I called Edelbrock today for a gasket part number and I was told they have a 2650 blower in development for the Corvettes and should be ready within the month. Have you installed the heat exchanger yet? I have the same one sitting in garage but no instructions and not sure where to start haha.

Sorry about the late reply. i thought I replied back but dont see it on here. Mine didnt come with instructions either. I just start pulling stuff apart until I could get the old one out, then I went in reverse putting the new one in. Did you get yours in yet? Im interested in seeing what the C7 version of the edelbrock looks like

Got it down to 15psi with lower pulley. Been to the dyno a few times and was having issues making power so i didn't put the videos up.. Turns out this car is just a different beast to tune. I did some calling around and learned that the LT motor is nothing like tuning the LS. That was my issue. The 2 tuners i had tuning out here didnt have LT experience and tuned it the same way an LS it tuned. Got Crawford racing to remote tune for me and stopped by the dyno to see if his tuning was any difference or if I possibly had a mechanical issue before I went fwd. First test on straight 91 on 15psi it made 752hp and he wasn't done tuning, still had more left in it . I since then completed the street tuning on both 91 and E60. Car feels great. I have E60 in it currently. Raced a hellcat, 2.9 whipple built mustang, McClaren, and ferrari. None came even close. Havnt been back to the dyno yet. Its been booked. I am schedule for 2 wk from now. I'm gonna post the results then start creeping up my boost until I get about 18psi.

@@mesoohung2069 Right on Glad its working out. I told you to check the tuners. I might have recommended GP Tuning. Anyways, I've heard nothing but good shit about R Crawford. You can run the LT4 up to 20 PSI at least, but ask rick and with port injection I could see you cracking close to 1000 RW. I shared your video on corvette forums for another topic, but it had good responses. Make sure to post updated vid once you do the final tune.

@M. Lee Crawford racing is great to work with. Chris actually tuned my car. I had trouble finding someone to tune my setup. Lots of tuners dont like the micro squirt setup I have. Chris didn't want to deal with it either so I end up purchasing the Holly setup through him and in the mean time he tuned my micro squirt until my holly arrives with his setup. In 114 degrees outside I actually did a dyno pull 2months ago and I got so tied up I didn't have time to post the video right away then I forgot. I just posted it. I order a different pulley from Crawford and have not had a chance to put it on yet. Im actually not in a rush. Car made great power on 15psi. So im still running it at 15psi. Made 839/773
