Friends, today I am sharing very popular of Rajkot, Sadhna Style Bhel Recipe.
In Rajkot City of Gujarat, Sadhna Bhel is years old shop. The Bhel, Tikha Mora Rasavala, Sev Mamra and other Items are very popular from years. The consistent quality and packed with superb taste the Bhel is most popular delicacy hear.
Today in this video I have tried to make Bhel similar to Sadhna Bhel. The preparation for making this tasty Bhel includes, making special green chuutney, khjoor imli chutney, Sev Mamra & Poha Chevdo. The special methods of making all these items makes this Bhel unique among all.
I highly recommend to try this Bhel recipe at home as this will definitely be a enjoyable experience for your family members, and you will sure get applause for making such fabulous lip smacking dish.

INGREDIENTS:
GREEN CHUTNEY
6 to 7 nos. Spicy Green Chilies (तीखी हरी मिर्च)
1 inch chopped Ginger (अदरक)
50 grams roasted peanuts (शिकी हुई मूंगफली)
½ tsp Salt (नमक)
¼ tsp Turmeric (हल्दी)
A lemon (निम्बू)
¼ cup Water (पानी)
KHAJOOR IMLI CHUTNEY
Soaked Khajoor, Imli (भिगोए हुए खजूर और इमली)
1 tsp Red Chilli (लाल मिर्च)
½ tsp Salt (नमक)
½ tsp Cumin (जीरा)
MAMRA
4 tbsp Oil (तेल)
¼ tsp Hing (हिंग)
Chopped Green Chilies (हरी मिर्च)
Curry Leaves (कड़ी पत्ते)
¼ tsp Turmeric (हल्दी)
½ tsp Salt (नमक)
200 grams puffed rice (चावल का ममरा)
¾ tsp Red Chilli (लाल मिर्च)
1 tsp crushed Sugar (चीनी)
100 grams Besan Sev (बेसन सेव)
POHA CHEVDO (CHIVDA)
Rice Poha (चवाल का पोहा)
Chopped Green Chilies (हरी मिर्च)
Curry Leaves (कड़ी पत्ते)
½ tsp Saunf (सौंफ)
¼ tsp Turmeric (हल्दी)
¾ tsp Red Chilli (लाल मिर्च)
½ tsp Salt (नमक)
½ tsp Amchur (आमचूर)
Anar Seeds
Coriander Leaves
Chopped Onion
