I think u should first give foundation exam if you will be Clear that exam than u can know your capacity to doing CA. And other banefit is available when you search for articleship.

You can definitely do. Stream does not matter much. Now coming to the basics then you could start taking coaching classes for clearing your basics.

I'm seriously confused btw doing regular college or correspondence. 😣 because even if get into well reputed regular college ill not be able to start articleship after clearing group 1 of inter so by the time I finish articleship ill already be 23 and dunno how many attempts ill have to give for ca final after articleship. It will definitely take away my youth .

You are correct, I am a direct entry student currently in FINAL, With respect to the practicle training, it is almost impossible for us to get a good office. So had to compromise with a very small office where major work done was only ITR filing. In addition there was no work related to company, statutory audit etc. So , I would suggest to graduates to go with foundation route.

@@safax5759 for CA my suggestion is to go with Maths. CA course is full of LAW and MATHEMATICAL concepts. In future you will have Financial Management, Quantitaive Techinques for Business Decision etc even in B Com or BBA courses and these subjects are pure mathematical.

@@safax5759 CPT/Foundation will be almost same as 11+12 commerce mainly of 12th. Just some subjects will be new for you like Maths (if not opting now), Business & Commercial Knowledge, Logical Reasoning etc. As your none of your family had been in this stream, there is nothing to be worry. I also has the same situation nobody is from commerce background, but only my study kept me in this stream very well I was an above average student. In some cases students from non commerce background gone through CPT and passed. Do not worry about that at all. Just you have to take care of maths. If you are going to start studying maths now I would also suggest you ,if you are not confident in maths, start studying maths of 9th and 10th. (NCERT).

Hey, I gave my CPT exam in 2014 and attempted the exam of group1. But I failed the exam. So after that, I completed B.com and did Job for around 1 Year. Now I want to try again. So I have two options for the intermediate exam. I can go through the foundation route as well as the direct entry route. I am not sure will option will be good for me.
