सोया खिमा मसाला बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• १/२ कप सोया चंक्स
• ३ चमचे तेल
• १/२ चमचा जिरं
• बारीक चिरलेला कांदा
• १/२ कप ताजा मटार (ऐच्छिक)
• २ हिरव्या मिरच्या

• पाणी
• चवीनुसार मीठ

Soya kheema masala is a good option for those who don’t eat non veg. There were lot many requests for soya bean recipe. So here is a one such recipe for you. You can call this vegetarian kheema masala. This is a very easy and simple recipe. It gets nice color and texture. It looks nice and tastes just awesome. This is a healthy and tasty recipe. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.
Ingredients:
• 1/2 Soya chunks
• 3 tsp Oil
• 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
• Finely chopped Onion
• 1/2 cup fresh Peas (Optional)
• 2 slit Green chilies
• 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
• Finely chopped Tomato
• 1 tbsp Coriander powder
• 1 tsp Garam masala
• Red chili powder
• 1 tsp Besan
• Water
• Salt to taste
• Butter (Optional)
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves
• Butter
• Red chili powder
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves
• Ladi pav
Method:
• Soak soya chunks in enough water for at least 30 minutes.
• Squeeze excess water from soya chunks and keep it aside.
• Transfer the soaked soya chunks into a blender jar and pulse it to make kheema.
• You can use store bought soya kheema too.
• Heat up oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
• When cumin seeds splutter add onion and fry until it gets light golden color.
• When onion is about to get golden color add fresh peas and fry for another 4-5 minutes.
• Adding peas is optional. You can skip it if you don’t want.
• When onion gets nice golden color add green chilies, ginger-garlic paste and mix well.
• Add tomato and fry everything together for about 4-5 minutes.
• Add coriander powder, red chili powder and mix well.
• Fry everything well together for about 2 minutes.
• Move the masala along the edge of the pan and add besan in the remaining portion of the pan.
• Fry the besan well for about a minute and mix it well with the masala.
• Add water to adjust the consistency, salt and mix well.
• You can add a little sugar if you want.
• Base masala or gravy is all ready.
• Add a little more water if needed.
• Add soya kheema and mix well.
• Add butter and mix well.
• Adding butter is optional. You can skip it if you don’t want.
• Cook kheema for about 8-10 minutes.
• Add coriander leaves and mix well.
• Heat up a skillet and add butter on it.
• Add red chili powder, coriander leaves and mix well.
• You can add masala from soya kheema in place of red chili powder.
• Place ladi pav on the mixture in the skillet and roast well from both sides.
• Serve soya kheema masala with these ladi pav.
