In CA firm there is huge discrimination with articles and trainees. ICAI have to make strict rules related to the articleship period with any CA firm.

Sir , seriously thank you for making video on this issue just 5days ago it happened with me after taking transfer I was searching for firm then after interview this kind of agreement they give you and ask for your and your parents signature but I rejected it 😊. Because in transfer case you try to get a CA firm without gap so I was not ready and even my parents were also not . So my Parents really saved me from such type of fraud. Thank you sir for creating awareness regarding such type of firms.

I suffered a similar thing back in 2008.. i was in PCC . In this method we had to do articleship after CPT only, could not find articleship anywhere for 3 months...some how got one in laxmi nagar, they would make me do all kinds of irrelevant bogus things.... Stock takes, small outsource work invoice booking, HR calling, etc... Cleared CA PCC after articleship completion in Nov 2012... Hated the entire CA ecosystem and left it for an entry level job in Genpact in 2013... And went on and did ACCA in 2018... It is great that kids today are being more and more aware towards this issue... It may be a random story...but the problem is real... I stumbled upon this video randomly and usually don't care for what is happening in ICAI's world... But this video is important...choose wisely 😊

Sir, i am under 18, or me 12th ke baad CA firm join ki thi accounting sikhne ke liye but vo mujhse apne kaam karwane lage after 15 days jab mene CA ko kaha ki me ye firm chodna chahta hu to bola ki tumne aggreement sign kiya hua hai ab tum nhi chod sakte. But me vaha se ghar vapis aa gya. Sir, kya vo mera kuch bigad sakte hai. Because i am under 18 or aggreements under 18 walo ke liye unvalid hai.

@prerakjain2251 Common sense that there are so many articles at that time in list that only best get the job. I still remember that one of the eminent CA Firm in our City had applications of 200 students in their waitlist for articleship. I got so scared that I didn't apply and got myself enrolled as article in a mid sized firm instead. That was a good decision and now I've learnt every kinda work and didn't faced departmentalism there. But full of transfers, mine was a rollercoaster 🎢 journey.

Ab 3 years to complete ho chuke hai par aur mere sir ko ye maloom hai to sir ne muje offer kiya ki tu fresh form bhar de aur job shuru kar de office aane ki koi jarurat nahi hai.. ya office pe hi job shuru kar de to mei tuje padhne k liye bhi leaves de dunga.. kyuoki muje to pata hi hai ki tu 3 saal yaha aaya hu hai... Mere ssp portal pe fresh form kaise bharu yee option nahi dikh raha hai.. To kaise process kare???

Mam aj gayi thi institute to unone bola during leave period Saturday Sunday and national holiday ko leave ya working day consider karna he vo mutual decision rahega , but main incharge se baat nahi hua he , mere principal vo intervening days ko leave consider kar rahe he uske reason se muje 36 days ka extension araha he , just because of only this intervening days otherwise muje extension nahi araha he. Mere principal ne bhi institute ke incharge ko mail kiya he aur me bhi mail kr rakhi hu , me wait kr rahi hu mail ka . please guide kijiye abhi kya karu .
