Hello Mam to be honest i dont understand Hindi 100% , but i dont know how i am able to understand your explanations so easily , I am done with watching videos of Audit of Bank, insurance , NBFC ,PSU, Mgt and operational audit, company audit and CARO 2020. I am done with CA Final Group 2 But i am writing CA Final 1st Group 3rd Time only Because of Audit . Many other faculties suggest there is no alternative but to byheart the concepts but i dont personally believe in that . Can you please make summary videos on Internal Audit, Audit committee and corporate governance, SEBI LODR , Peer Review and Quality Review. That would be really helpful.

What they mean by mugging up is, about the language. It's true that you have to use the exact words given in the text. Even though, it may feel unjustified as a student, the same has been implemented to turn those students into professionals. If you look at well experienced CAs, they do communicate using the words given in the text. Just like how a scientist uses technical jargon to elaborate his points, CAs are also required to use the professional language in their profession. You don't have to study the entire sentence as it is. You just need to get accustomed to the technical words in the book. Examples of common mistakes that I can think of right now is, using the word 'Audit work' instead of 'Audit Engagement', not being able to differentiate between audit procedures, alternate audit procedures and specific audit procedures. Try to use the words 'Audit evidence' rather than bills or documents. A physics professor won't use phrases like 'Apple falling down due to attraction by earth'. Instead he would use the word 'Gravity'. Think of it, that way and all the best!
