There was some knocking, but other than that not much noise. There is noise from the road with the traffic.

I have stayed in the Saboners about 3 times but wow the prices they are charging now are eye watering so building work wont be bothering me lol.

Ive just checked booking direct with the Saboners £1807 for a 1 week B&B first week in August then you got your flights and transfers on top. Alot of money for a week @@SteveandAnitainMallorca

This is the calm before the storm. They have only dug out a very few footings at the moment and not many trades on site. There will be many more dug out in coming weeks and site will be filled with different trades. Lots of lorries taking muck away and bringing in concrete early in the morning. I have cancelled my holiday for somewhere different as i work on a building site and dont want to holiday next to one.

Hi! We’re staying at Zafiro Palmanova which i think is around the corner. Is that closer to the building site? We’re going in September and unsure if we could keep the holiday or cancel

The two are side by side with the Zafiro a little further away. The building work is behind the hotel so you shouldn't see much of it, if at all. As far as noise is concerned, I think you will hear more noise around the pool! Hope you have a great time.

Hi Steve, thank you for the video. Do you think the MarSenses is far enough away not to be affected. Our daughter had breathing issues when born (6months old now) we are worried about dust from the site from digging and lorries. Thanks again

TUI have contacted customer who are staying in the MarSenses that's why I ask and Alex mentioned it also

The MarSenses is at the other end of the road with the Zafiro Palmanova in between. It looks as though the digging is finished and they are now building.
