Hope it don't matter, but I did mine without removing axle nut or knuckle. Just supported both trailing arms with jacks to keep everything lined up. I did however unhook shocks and sway bar.

Installing these right now on a ‘23 DS Turbo 64” - there’s no washers (either stock or supplied with the newly purchased radius rods). Are there supposed to be?

Hey AJ, The washers in the video are for a 2021 and older X3 with the early single shear design knuckles. Your knuckles are the much improved double shear design and do not have the same bolt/washer setup. Just use the factory flange bolt as it was through your stock rod and you should be good to go.

Wish i would’ve realized middle and bottom rods aint adjustable specially the middle ones to fix the toe on portals and 24in wheels on 40s

Heads up, the video shows shims behind the pull plate. If you have the older 'original' CATech pull plate you won't have these. This is for the V2 pull plate.

@@CATechnologiesUSA The video you linked was for the front toe alignment. How do I adjust the rear toe alignment with your high clearance radius rods, since they don't have adjustable rod ends from what I can see?

@@Andrew-pn2upshouldn’t have to adjust toe in the back. If you do you have something else that is bent. Trailing arms, rear spindle/knuckle or frame.

I think you mean - How do you adjust the "cam" for the rear, correct? If so, loosen jam nuts, align rods exactly with the OEM you took off. Retighten jam nuts (paint marker so you know you if they come loose again) and then install.

Bullshit, actual install is nothing easy like their videos show, models 22+ rear knuckles have double shear and it’s a pain to get their tight ass radius rods they make to fit into the knuckle, I get they want to make a tight fit but its not easy at all

Notice it cut away when it was pull plate time lol love their products exceptional stuff...but those radius rods are a bear.
