This video I found where there is both courses are treated in equally manner as they are in reality but some people think that CS comes under CA and have less value as compared to CA but reality is that they both are expert in there field of work CA is Expert in Accounts whereas CS is Expert in Laws. So there is no comparision in these two but career wise both courses have huge scope there is unlimited growth and opportunities for both courses. both courses have there own value and expertise. and this video describes well good for both the courses I'm thankful for this knowledgable video. Big problems in small cities in CS practice because they have NO tax audit and gst audit power (Tax and gst subjects is given in cs but it has no audit power)

CS ko tax ki knowledge nahi hoti. CA final ki DT ki book dekh lena pure CS course ke syllabus ke barabar hai isliye unhe tax audit nahi milta. GST bhi bas CA intermediate level tak Ka hi hai CS course me isliye GST bhi aalowed nahi hai. Waise bhi CS law oriented hai agar Tax audited karna tha to CA karte CS kyu kar rahe ho phir.

A Company Secretary can never match a Chartered Accountant in terms of remuneration, position etc., in a corporate set up either at the entry level or otherwise which is a known fact. There have been Companies treating Company Secretaries only as curry leaves, required only for limited purposes for co-signing the financials and other documents. When the appointment of Company Secretary became mandatory as per the Companies Act 2013, the Companies which had never employed Company Secretaries earlier, approached the Secretaries in practice whether they could only lend their signatures for signing various statutory returns as if they had been employees of the Companies and a few companies attempted to get the signatures of the Company Secretary of one company for the other companies in the group. On coming to know of these alleged malpractices, the new practice of registering the Company Secretary online with only one company emerged. When the the details of salaries and perks of the CFO and CS in a company reported vide MGT 7/MGT 9 were made part of the annual report , the glaring differences in financial benefits between CFO and CS were very much in public knowledge. So, less said it is better. The point I am driving home is that the students should not be misguided through you tube videos like this.

At the outset, don't give misleading picture. CS can never match CA in terms of salary package, career progression and status in the organization. Do you know the starting salary of a CS? It is only ₹.3 to ₹.3.5 lakh per annum and go to places like Tirupur in Tamil Nadu to find out how the professionals CA or CS are shabbily treated. The Company Secretaty's status is only a compliance officer but CA can get elevated to the level of Head of Finance (CFO) carrying coveted package which cannot be imagined by a CS. Being the CFO, CA is also a key managerial personnel. In short, so long as the corporate mindset does not change, CA alone will rule the roost while CMA and CS cannot raise the thumb but only chew the fingers.

And who the hell know this tirupur exists in map and for a big salary people move to metropolitan cities . No hate to CA and i have saw my CA seniors working in law salaries ya but as compared to CS it is a bit higher but not making such difference in a small city. But in bombay u can check what's a salary of fresher CS
