There is a whole part II (Art 5 to Art 11) in the Indian Constitution which deals with the 'Citizenship' so I think the answer could be 'None of the above'. Correct me if I am wrong.

You miss Assam Accord clause 5 and clause 6 part. Other part of India have no idea why we native Assamese people support NRC but we oppose CAA. Those how have no idea about Assam accord 1985 clause 5 and 6 just go and google it. You will know why we oppose CAA. Our ideology of opposing CAA is completely different from the ideology of leftist and muslims who are opposing CAA.

I dont get it, date of entry is before 2014 and now it is 2024 so staying period should be more than 10 yrs then how does it make sense of fast track nationality ,they can do it through normalisation also

Logically speaking CAA affects hindhu only because New CAA grants citizenship to those who come to india because of persecution in neighbouring countries naa according to govt. means majority hindhus came to india ?? Now granting them citizenship affects whom Indian population increases guys that too hindus 😂😂it affects what?? Existing tribal,obc ,sc st even general
