I am a Assamese and the protest for our culture is genuine. I hope the Indian Government looks deep into it and solves this problem. Assamese people have no problem with minorities getting rights but we do have problems with the minorities killing our culture. @@KS-op9bb well that is a fact. Assam's Muslim population is growing rapidly mostly Bengali Muslims. CAA will be a great way to balance so maybe having a extra law to ensure that Assamese culture lives on or at least is safe from extinction will be a great addition. Because of this rapid Bengali Muslim population growth our language and festivals are already at risk so if the government balances out these Muslim communities it will be great. From my side i think the CAA is really great as it supports and helps people in needs 👍.

I get your point. CAA is necessary but refugees should not be settled in northeast states. They can be settled in larger states like UP, Maharashtra, etc. where there is not much demographic threat.

Shia and Ahmediyyas aren't castes, they are sects of Islam which means they are groups. I am not defending Islam but the names of castes in Muslim society of India are Ashraf, Ajlaf and Arzal. 85% of the Muslim politicians are from the Ashraf caste. I also highly recommend reading Pakistan or the partition of India by Ambedkar to learn about Muslim castes and he exposed Islam in that book.
