I have following doubt 1. Tds disallowance in 12A trust Only section 40A(3),40A(3A),40(a)(ia) is applicable? What about other section disallowance in trust? 2.donation paid to other trust exceeding Rs.10000 in cash is disallowed under section 40A(3)? 3.capital asset purchased exceeding Rs.10000 in cash/bearer cheque/crossed cheque will be allowable as application ? 4.payment to non resident will attract tds? 5. Payment to non resident would allowable as deduction? 6. Section 115BBI is applicable on payment to non resident?

Sir i have a request to you that please update your revision videos titles so that it will be easy to find any lecture by searching through name Sir generally students search revision lectures by searching topic names directly and the KZbin algorithm didn't show your videos on top..... Change the title with the "chapter name" It's just a suggestion.... It's totally up to you aapko kya karna hai
