Cab mounted and Shocks in!

In this video I mount the cab to the chassis and get the 4 front shocks mounted.

Excellent work and design. I’m not into four-wheel-drive. I’m a hot roder and drag cars lover. But the build and parts all the same sort of work and so enjoyable to see. Can’t believe a sort of suspension you can get for four-wheel-drive. You can see your work is excellent.

Look be happy with what you get, my GoPro has a battery life of about 5 minute and if I leave it plugged in and filming it gets hot 😂😂😂

Loving the build series Matt. You may have explained it in a previous video but can you explain why you have bypass and coilovers?

Thanks mate. Bypass shocks for the zoned suspension damping Coilovers basically as an expensive coil holder that gives us ride height adjustment and dual rate coils with slight assistance to the bypass shock. Although we will pull most valving out, which I’ll explain all that in an upcoming video.

The coilovers are just easier to package and mount than some coil buckets and then try and work out what size some random coils off another car should work

RRC chassis great choice. NGL, that 60 body looks ready for the scrap heap, are you doing all the body work as well? Or is there a secret body somewhere?

It’s just a body for mockup man, wayyyy to much work to bring it back from the dead. I have another rust free 60 for a donor when done 👍
