You are shouting NNPC NNPC. NNPC is not responsible for the Midstream and Downstream Sector of Nigeria. They are also not the ones to give crude out willy nilly (That's the Upstream Regulator NUPRC). The only thing NNPC is guilty of is not repairing their refineries for 30 years. The Importation of Bad fuel is also a responsibility of NMDPRA (The mid and downstream regulator).

Alico and BUA should invest in onshore crude oil production, not too far away from their refinaries. They could arrange with filling stations or build their own filling station to sell their products. There is no need for all these noise when Nigeria is producing 1.3mbpd crude oil per day.
