My personal take on this is that if there's no evil in Saiyans, most of them would be able to unlock the form. Goku was the first one to do it and he's not evil. Vegeta had a change of heart and through rigorous training he was able to access it. Their sons can easily access it since they aren't evil. And there's this universe where Saiyans aren't evil but just didn't know how to access it.

But originally, Goku's body already knows how to become Super saiyan and I think by the time Zamasu stole his body, he can already do SSB because they were able to catch him in the act of killing Supreme Kai in the original timeline. Zamasu doesn't know how to fully utilize the body so he gradually unlocks it by feeling the same thrill Goku feels when fighting. Also, God ki got transferred somehow so there's the rose colored saiyan in response to it.

I will say I DO like the direction they went with Caulifla and her personality. A leader of a gang of criminals would naturally be interested in gaining power. A Saiyan even more so. Cabba's was a protective rage in reaction to Vegeta's threat to destroy his home, while Kale's was a more personal rage/despair out of fear of being left behind or abandoned by the person she cares for most. My main issue (and I reckon a lot of people's) is Caulifla just... being able to off the bat after seeing it once. And I think I know a way that they could have done the scene to make it work better. Instead of her succeeding so quickly, have it so she can only manage to get the aura while constantly concentrating (kinda like how Trunks before Future Gohan died). Then, she invites Kale to try it and everything kinda plays out the same (minus SSJ Caulifla) until Kale goes berserk. Have Cabba trying to subdue her without success and Caulifla trying to help but can't keep up with the Super Saiyans. THIS is then the catalyst she needs to step over the threshold, her anger at herself for not being able to reach the same level as them (sort of like Vegeta in a way)...

GoHan was considered a prodigy to but he didn’t just jump the super Saiyan two with ease it took a lot of internal struggle and he had to dig deep for the power. And by all accounts he had more potential than kale or caulifa. Way more potential yet she learns to go super Saiyan after a minute of watching someone else do it. Then she tingles a little bit harder and now she’s SS2. Then she’s begging Goku for SS3. A level that you had to actually reach down deep inside to achieve. Good to see some people with some sense. A lot of people make fun of the back tingling, but I too like Cabba's logical approach. He's like U6's Gohan and takes things rationally, seeing that emotion wasn't working, he felt it out. Its not perfect, but it's still refreshing than all the constant screaming. They had only days to train for the Tournament of Power, doubled with Coulifla being an impatient brute. Vegeta gained it through envy and yearning to gain more power, but it took him years of this struggle. Do they expect that of U6 when we are yearning too- for said tournament? Sure it would have stretched the show out more, but we've already seen several emotional journeys of it in DBZ already. Not to mention Goten's just plain spontaneous 'fuck it' transformation.

We knew they were probably gonna get it anyways, so I really can't get upset over it. Everyone here needs to chill. This ABSOLUTELY lines up with what we know of SSJ transformations. The "tingly" feeling is a result of tensing muscles in the back. Also located in the back (along the spine, for quicker transport throughout the body) are a large portion of your adrenal glands. It's not unthinkable to propose that Goku's first SSJ transformation resulted from the sheer rage tensing *every muscle in his body*, secreting the adrenaline that pushed him into Super Saiyan. It's also not unthinkable that Goku eventually learned he only needs to tense *certain* muscles to transform. It would certainly explain why he's able to transform without being angry at all. In fact, I'm nearly certain that (at some point) Caulifla directly asks Goku if his further transformations have anything to do with the "tingly back thingy", and he responds with something along the lines of "Huh. I guess. I never thought of it that way".

Ssj was difficult to transform back in the days but since S cells transfers to through generations the earlier they get to super saiyan and have more potential, but since this is in another universe its kind of different and we never usually see a female pure blooded saiyan really transforms

Yeah that argument completely falls apart when you find out that Caulifla is a leader of a gang of Saiyan CRIMINALS. Not exactly people I'd say are pure of heart, yet her transformation is so easy, she gets it down in mere minutes. "Pure-hearted" never fit as a qualifier for being SSJ. It would have if Vegeta was good from the start but he wasn't so that theory is debunked. He may have switched sides but he certainly wasn't pure when he first transformed.
