Products:
- fresh cabbage
- water-6 liters
- rice-3 kg (boil for 5-10 minutes, drain the water)
- carrots-10 pieces
- onion-15 pieces
- minced meat-3 kg
- salt, pepper-to taste
- tomato paste 0.5 l (dilute in water with 2.5 l and add salt)
- lard-1 tbsp. l. In each jar
The output is 20 cans of 1 liter each.
