1lb | 400g cabbage
Seasoning:
olive oil
salt to taste
mixed dried herbs
🥣 Cabbage topping ingredients:
5oz | 200g | 1 cup chickpeas
1 leek or onion
1 garlic clove
7oz | 200g | 1 cup chopped tomatoes
1tbsp date syrup or sugar (optional)
Seasoning:
1tsp Allspice
1tsp paprika
salt to taste
Tahini dressing

ℹ️ Feel free to add your favourite herbs and spices to the recipe to get your favourite flavour.

А потом даже идут разговоры про "триединство Мужа", а ежели что, то и "Сын за Мужа сойдет"... Так и религиозные проститутки прикрывают свой мерзкий блуд с разными богами враньем про "Бог един есть". Вот, что говорит Бог, 1Коринфянам 8: 5-6: "Ибо хотя и есть так называемые боги, или на небе, или на земле, - так-как есть много богов и господ много, - но у нас один Бог Отец, из Которого все, и мы для Него, и один Господь Иисус Христос, Которым все, и мы Им." Понятие Истинный бог существует как раз потому, что есть Ложные боги. Имена многих из них известны: Ваал, Молох, Ремфан/Киюн, Зевс, Нептун и другие. Это никого не пугает и не смущает, а вот Имя Истинного бога - Иегова, многих верующих приводит в ярость. Второзаконие 11: 16-17: "Берегитесь, чтобы не обольстилось сердце ваше, и вы не уклонились и не стали служить иным богам и не поклонились им; и тогда воспламенится гнев Господа на вас, и заключит Он небо, и не будет дождя, и земля не принесет произведений своих, и вы скоро погибнете с доброй земли, которую Господь дает вам." "Господь муж брани, Иегова имя Ему." (Православная библия, Исход 15: 3). "АллилуЙя" означает "Славьте Яг" (Иегову). "Иисус" означает "Иегова - спасение" - именно за это имя и ненавидят настоящих христиан. Дело в том, что Этим миром правит Дьявол, лжец и убийца. Поэтому Христа казнили по доносу духовенства, а ироды и гитлеры много лет слушали песенки про "боженькаблагословляет" от такого же духовенства. This was delicious. I made it twice in a row. Here’s my tahini dressing: 1/3 c. tahini, 1 T. lemon juice, 1-2 t. harissa (or Aleppo pepper), 1 grated garlic clove, dash of salt. Whisk and add cold water if you want a thinner sauce.

Cabbage Koora (South Indian): Medium finely shred a cabbage. Par boil it gently with a little salt. Make sure the cabbage doesn’t lose its bite. Drain excess water (I try to be economical with water in first instance to avoid draining but that comes with practice). In a pan, heat a tablespoon of coconut or olive oil. Add a teaspoon of cumin and chilli flakes ( to your liking; my 10 year old grandson likes his koora warm) and add shredded/desiccated coconut (local Indian grocery stores will sell you fresh frozen shredded coconut which makes this dish more delicious), mix in the cooked cabbage and a tin of cooked, drained chickpeas. You can add as more chickpeas to increase the the protein content. Eat it as a salad on its own or mixed with some cooked rice for more filling salad. You can use this method with finely cut or halved green beans, finely cut carrot or fresh/frozen peas or a mixture of all these vegetables for colour. If using frozen peas, it is enough to sauté it with the tampering until tender, no need to parboil. Hope you like it.

Getting such small cabbages might be tricky I do "cabbage steaks" about 5 cm thick in a similar way though usually in the oven.

Thank you so much for your kind comment, i am so happy you find my channel inspirational! To make tahini sauce mix 1/3 cup tahini with some water to create the desired consistency then add half or whole chopped clove of garlic (to your taste), a bit of lemon juice, cumin (optional but makes it even better) and salt to taste.

I would not go so far as to say the dish is better than meat (I am not a vegan or vegetarian), but it is almost as tasty as a few favourite meat dishes that I like. I love vegetarian food as much as meat. I am an omnivore so I like watching vegan/vegetarian channels.
