My first flight with etihad was on 19 January 2024 in a A321 from Karachi to Abu Dhabi and then later in a Boeing 787-9 from Abu Dhabi to Istanbul 1st flight (EY222) Karachi-Abu Dhabi 2nd flight (EY98) Abu Dhabi-Istanbul Overall crew was extremely pleasant ,well dressed ,the aircraft itself was also well maintained and clean ,the Food onboard was one of the best foods I had on a plane

While I was impressed with the beautiful uniforms and the luxurious products provided onboard, I was disheartened by the lack of smile and hospitality displayed by the cabin crew. Despite their young and professional appearance, the majority of the cabin crew seemed disengaged and unwelcoming throughout the flight. Hiring someone that they really want to work not selected just a young crew one.

good airlines and crew members. But worse customer service , i called the customer/guest service 5 times already to fix the miles I earned. No reponse, they say the miles were transferred to someone else's account by mistake. you get to talk to people who has no clue about what they talking, every single time.
