Hey guys! I just watched your room review and i'd be keen to see your Quantum room. I checked the photos of my cabins on both ships and rooms were similar except for when the bed was near the door vs the bed next to the balcony. All storage was the same, but when the bed was next to the window, the couch appeared to have a frame above it (but didn't seem to have storage), this was on both ships in my pictures (standard balconies). Did you have a larger class cabin when you were on Quantum perhaps? I'm back on Quantum next week so will double check :)

Hello, thanks for commenting, here is the link to our cabin tour on board quantum, it was the same type of cabin so we still have to work out why some it and some don't. Have a great time on qua😃 kzbin.info/www/bejne/jqqag2BogNlpgpYsi=jR5x3FFZNO1z-v6j

Better than Princess tiny cabins and balcony. We are booked on 12690. Should be slightly larger angled balcony

Yeah we love them they are a good size. When is your trip booked for?

Interesting - do you know if it's all ovation rooms without the extra storage or just some? It's not a huge issue for us with us 2 of us, but for those travelling with 3 or 4, it'd make a difference

With the way Deb organises the room with hanging shelves etc that she brings we have done pretty well. We are going to asked around and see what we can find out about some of the other cabins.

The outlets should really be universal as the ships are going around the world, even hotel rooms have them and planes

It is certainly is an ongoing debate and does make it difficult at times. It will be interesting to see what happens with the Australian based ships moving forward once the P&O ships merge into Carnival and then next fleet renewal happens down under. Currently Pacific Adventure and Encounter both have Australian plugs. We use this adaptor from Amazon. amzn.asia/d/9uNRAhi

Hi guys like the video as always. It’s a shame that only one side of the bed has a power socket. I don’t like that. The wardrobes look small as well. As there is three of you in the room is there enough clothing space for you all?
@debandmattchat3 ай бұрын
Definitely enough space for three of us. Just have a few things stacked on each other and we have lots of costumes for themes nights given this was filmed during an 18 night cruise. We are actually planning a "How we organised/survived" in one cabin for 18 days video to talk about that sort of stuff.
@Joanneklonaris3 ай бұрын
@@debandmattchat thats good to hear. Looking forward to the video. How many theme nights do you have on this 18 night cruise?
@Joanneklonaris3 ай бұрын
@@debandmattchat in regards to the theme nights can you tell us how you knew about these before your cruise and how you went about getting all your outfits before you went on your cruise.

are the US power sockets 110VAC only? or the "more modern" 110VAC-240VAC auto-ranging ones?
@debandmattchat3 ай бұрын
Great question. Royal Caribbean state the US sockets are 110v and the EU sockets are 220/230v. You can find more info on their website at this link. www.royalcaribbean.com/gbr/en/faq/questions/what-electrical-plug-sockets-are-there-onboard
