I love Maya so much, one of the Best Japanese cities. If it gets laggy, I hope some details can be removed in areas so the city can be complete ^-^.

It is probably obvious but I have to ask anyway. The dam seems to hold all the water and the animated waterfall wont generate any water. That means that you created another water source under the waterfall/under the utility building on the left? Have you thought about the vanilla asset outflow pipe? It uses excess water in your city "pipes" and it acts like cool water source. If you would incorporate it somehow into the dam structure you could get very cool outflow pipes :p Of course I have to say great work like always. A lot of detail.
