Can valor just make you an ambassador already. You just sold me and saved me money from getting the BD 61 cable machine. My main issue I was debating was whether I was going to be able to hit flys with this machine, and you’ve proven it works. I just bought my first home and want to make a home gym but since I have a single car a garage I need something that won’t take up space and this model fits perfectly as I already have a rack and weights just needed a cable piece to do my accessories which I do anyways when I go to commercial gyms. I can do so many workouts with just a cable machine it’s crazy. Now I need to convince my wife I’ll save money with this piece over a membership overtime lol. Thank you again for your awesome review. I did the diy pulley system but I need and want to use both cables to get work in single is great but I gotta use my time wisely to get in and out for the day and on top of that the constant takeoff the weight off and on the diy was getting annoying and my weights were always swinging lol.

@@untappedstrength7548 I just ordered the cable machine hopefully they fixed the top mount making it flush with the bottom mount lol. I can't wait for the shredding gains that will begin. I started out powerlifting and lifting heavy in the start of my fitness journey in 2015 now I've focused more on bodybuilding I still incorporate the SBD but not as much as I focus more on volume, cardio and sleep lol. SBD takes alot of time stretching, warming up, then your working set then that small rest in between. I got a family ain't got that kinda time anymore lol.

Just bought one put it piece of puzzles last night today i am going to mount into the wall and i am on my way to this system full body workout, and that is your video i was looking foR mainly CHEST FLY there you have it. It proved no gym membership require or heavily cost equipments neither when you have your inexpensive pully system can handle most of your workout under your garage.😊

This is a piece for a HOME GYM! It does what it needs to do. I have the Titan tall pulley like this. Works like a charm. HOWEVER…. Get yaself a can of Lubrication. Gotta keep the cables, poles and pulleys lubed. If you do that, it works like a CHARM!

Cool demo. I have done these with a band and agree it’s surprisingly effective. Still feel allot of tension in my front dealts though which is something I dislike about fly’s.

This machine is not designed for dual crossover. You should do it one arm at time for have full range of motion.

Suggest incline bench at 30 degree where you sit in sort of slouched/low position. Cable set also in a lower position. It’s a good lower/outer pec sweep finisher.

Are the functional trainers that have the cables far apart better than this machine that has the two cables close together? I also have a lat pull down machine do I really need this? I always wanted to get a functional trainer cable machine to add more exercises to what I already have..I also have a wall band station so I don't know if I really need a cable machine if I can use bands or bands and cables work different?

Much awaited review... And thanks for the tips. I am wondering how come you never do those cable Flys and mostly focused on dumbell Flys only. Cabel Flys engages your pecs throughout the set.. Where as dumbell Flys do not engage pecs completely but those also engage our stabilizers.. So both have different benifits Anyway thanks for video..!!

Yes, I usually sit on the ground relatively close to the column and lean forward as I extend my arms and slightly lean back on the way down.

Isn’t the whole pt of doing a cable fly the fact that u feel the tension all the way thru movement as opposed to with dumbells on a flat bench when there’s no tension At the top due to gravity Edit: got to pt in video where u explain that you thought u wud need a standard functional trainer with the cables further apart to feel it all the way thru

They actually feel great. Even rear delts since the the cables start in the middle thus creating tension throughout the full range of motion.

You're very welcome! I am 5'10" but do know you can also perform low cable fly's which I failed to demo in the video. I do think however you shouldn't have a problem as you can still raise the pulley's quite a bit.
