Welcome to the seventh episode of Cable TV, taking you behind the scenes at Cable London, with exclusive artist interviews and footage, as well as much more.
This weeks episode features a Drum and Bass dynasty, as the mighty Virus Recordings celebrated 15 Years at the very top of their game, here at Cable. Responsible for some of the most forward thinking music to ever come out of the scene, including Ed Rush & Optical's seminal album, Wormhole, Virus paved the way for many of the current DnB crop. We caught up with label boss Ed Rush to find out his thoughts on the past 15 years, his take on analogue and digital production, as well as talking about his much anticipated new album with Optical.
The legendary Matrix also joined us on the couch to talk about what Virus means to him, discussing sibling rivalry with his brother, Optical, and the current state of Drum and Bass.
Of course Vivek was on hand as always to have a chat with a few people round the club, as well as using his "special powers' to get someone free entry.
Full interviews and bonus material from the night coming soon, as well as more outtakes from Vivek.
