Cabo San Lucas to San Jose de Cabo

Made that drive many times between 2005-07. Thanks for the memories. We used to stop at Playa Santa Maris for a swim, usually very quiet in those days, not sure if they've built resorts all around it or not since then, but it was a charming little beach. Cheers.

Glad you enjoyed it. Yes it looks like Playa Santa Maria has a big resort on it now. We went just a mile or two towards San Jose to a Playa el Chileno one day. It was a nice beach, there's resorts around it too. They've made it accessible for the disabled to use and have a big public parking area for those with car rentals. Ocean swimming was safe there.

Oh the horror, having to drive those overly congested 3rd world roads eh?. And the overpasses appear to be a bit too new and will need repair in 80yrs. or so. Too many palm trees and endless 80-f sunny blue skies. LoL!!! Just kidding TDP. Thanks.
