Blanca please read this I know it sounds crazy. But there might still be a stone in the bile duct and that’s why ur having the same pains trust me it happened to me after having my gallbladder removed. That’s why certain foods still trigger the pain. The only way to find out is to have a ct or ultrasound done. ❣️❣️❣️

It’s crazy how our bodies tell us when there’s something wrong. We should always pay attention to the smallest pain. I’ve been suffering from endometriosis since 2018 & I had no clue bc my stubborn ass didn’t want to go see a doctor. Let me tell y’all I got ALL type of tests done & everything came back normal. I had a Laparoscopy done 2 weeks ago & I got to see through pictures how bad the Endometriosis was. 🤯😳 point is please please don’t ignore your body when it’s telling you something♥️ hope you feel better girly!!

Blanca that’s very true I also get stomach pains since having my gallbladder removed. Not to the Extreme like yours but I do get like poop pains like “diarrhea “ type pains and it’s usually after drinking coffee, or spicy foods.

Girl I got my gallbladder removed in 2017. And since then my stomach is not the same. I know it’s TMI but I get bubble guts with everything even drinking water. Yeah and doctors tell you “you’ll survive without it, you don’t need it!” It’s a freakin filter for your system. So there’s no more filter everything goes right through you. And that’s why you feel like someone kicked you in the pit of your stomach and all of a sudden pain and cold sweats. I also experience really bad heartburn. I definitely know what you’re going through. I feel your pain. So what I do when I’m not home I try to eat light and drink lemon water only!

Literally know this stomach pain to a T! I have IBS that’s most likely from anxiety. I also had my gallbladder removed but had the same pain before and after surgery! Anxiety meds have helped!

Hey I got my bladder removed and once in a while I still get that pain and I can’t eat bbq or pork cause it fuckes me up as well as I have bad anxiety that I take lorazepam,, it’s crazy how I found someone that goes through what I go through 100 percent if you ever want to talk about one or the other I’m here !!!!

I found that digestive enzymes help. I don’t know where you’re at but I started talking hum nutrition enzymes called flatter me and omg heaven sent. I also can’t have pork but every now and then I’ll have carnitas but always take my enzymes

2 weeks after I delivered my baby, I got THE WORST excruciating pain in my abdomen area. It felt like someone punched me and I was out of air. I didn’t know how to alleviate the pain. Whether crunching up or lying down, I didn’t know what to do but scream. It happened at least 3x and the last time I ended up going to the ER. All my blood work came back normal so it was probably “my uterus going back in place.” First time mama here and I delivered naturally. Has anything like this happened to any of you ladies? I had stomach problems in the past too. Stomach pains are the worst girl. I can totally relate. Hang in there ❤️

Pregnancies can trigger gallbladder stones, it happened to me, so maybe it’s that.

I know how you feel it’s the mommy in us. That’s why we feel that way.. We haven’t flew anywhere since having kids it’s been about 10 years I’m scared to go and to feel like exactly how you felt ...I’m glad you got through it and you went on vacation with your husband you all deserve it! If I ever feel that way with a pain in my stomach I drink apple juice or lemon water with lots of ice . The hotel was really nice !

Try checking out the symptoms of IBS and see if it resonates with you, because the pain you're talking about reminds me of my sister she goes through the exact same scenarios and now that she's seeing a doctor she's changed her diet to avoid foods that are triggers to IBS and she's much better. I got my gallbladder removed when I was 15, I had the same problem when I was old enough to drink... recently I discovered kettle one the botanical one! They have three different flavors.. personally I think the grapefruit is the best and also the truly seltzer’s are a nice alternative to beer. Drinking these two make it enjoyable! Also I’m so happy you guys got a little vacation! You deserve it. I’ve watched you for so long and always admire how far you’ve come, I also live in Stockton! Love you 😘

Girl if you get that pain ever again take a stomach antacid like sal de uvas, alkaseltzer, or tums those usually help me. I CANNOT even take one shot of alcohol it messes up my stomach for like a week after and I’ll have bad gastritis after. I used to be able to drink a lot just like you. But yeah those usually help me and just stay away from alcohol it’s not good for your body at all anyways!

Also look into pancreatitis I went into the Icu for 2 weeks because I had the same pain even after my gall bladder removal I had gone to my primary and had CT scans done and nothing. Until one day I couldn’t bare the pain went to ER demanded an ultrasound and the rushed me to another ER that had the proper equipment and ended up being admitted for 2 weeks. Dr. Said I could’ve died if I would’ve waited. Maybe not at all what’s going on with you but just a thought!

i went in to the er with stomach pain like a week and a half ago and they said it was stones passing that got like stuck in the pancreases so i got pancreatitis so it caused an inflammation in my pancreases. with medication and rest it went away now Doctors said i should go get my gallbladder removed so it doesn’t happen anymore but like hearing some stories makes me double think about it ! i’ve been out for a week with a strict diets so haven’t gotten any pain so maybe just watching what one eats to see what triggers it is what helps !

I was thinking her pain would be pancreatitis. I had pancreatitis when I was 19 due to drinking too much alcohol (even tho I wasn’t of age lol) the doctors say they never seen it in someone young. But fast forward now being 24 of age I have gotten it at least 10 times since then even without any drinking just current foods set it off and even got it while in both my pregnancy and my recent pregnancy I was in the in admitted for pancreatitis and I had the pains also my water broke so I was IN PAIN so I gave birth while with the pancreatitis I haven’t gotten it since it’s been about 5 months. But evettes pain sounds like pancreatitis to me

Yes I had my gallbladder removed too and it messed me up, nothing is the same anymore and I my stomach gets swollen and it still hurts with certain things I eat. Not having a gall bladder does not help you when it comes to food digestion

I got my gallbladder out 2 years ago and I still get the same pain! I just know what to avoid and if I do eat something that might flare up my stomach I drink a Pepcid acid pill and pepto bismol and I’m fine! But if I do eat something and I get a flare up I get a heating pad for my stomach and back and place them there and then that usually helps or if I have to I throw up and I feel better right after! Also if I get super nervous and my anxiety is super bad my stomach will flare up as well! Those hit me out of no where but at the end of the day I usually take just a pill if I was super anxious throughout the day!

Girl I’m telling have a doctor request a ultrasound to check if you have a gallbladder stone stuck in your Bile Duct. I had that same pain for yearsssss. I got my gallbladder removed and still got the attacks. It wasn’t until 3 years after the removal I ended up in the ER and they found a stone stuck. Seriously girl. After they removed the stone I never got those pains again! I swear I had that pain for 10 plus years. It cause so much anxiety to My life. Because at any moment the pain would come. Glad to hear I’m not alone on this. It’s a sudden pain that can’t be described but hurts more then contractions. I have to ride it out, remember to breath, let the pain drift away. I get nauseous, sweat, cry and then it passes. Seems like it takes so much energy out of me and makes me a little sleepy. Definitely going to ask about the stone thing.

Your stomach and brain are connected! Try to find some coping mechanisms that work for your anxiety and it’ll help so much with the stomach issues. one thing that helped me is switching the narrative to things. Sometimes excitement and fear/worry can feel the same so instead of saying “I’m nervous for the flight” i say “I’m excited to get on this plane and go on my vacation” and it helps your brain not be as worried and not feel anxious. You should look more into products for your gut health, maybe that will help 💕
