how do you get that sound for the harmonic section? (intro)

For tone I’m using a clean amp in Bias FX. To get the sound I just use my index finger to touch the string 12 frets up from where I’m fretting in with my fret hand. Sounds cool, hey?

How can you guys have mastered the technics to play the song but still those bends and vibrato sounds very bad. Poor control on vibrato who's always at same speed no nuances. Also poor bends control which sometime no quit fully goes up to the right note. Technics 100% though! very clean! I suggest you guys work those bends and vibrato control. Respectfully!
