Once more convinced from your virtuosity that thinking you’re stuck with your guitar playing can be easily avoided by witnessing valorous amounts of practice put into a single epic execution of such pompous composition - I have wholeheartedly been motivated by what I’ve just seen and heard - bravo!

My favorite song of this album was the antepenultimate, "Floating world". I suppose it was in my more standard heavy teenage way. But "Images", was the last, and it was like an epitaph... but not sad, it was strange. Because this song is like a wonderful silk worm. Though you didn't listen, specifically to this song, it would live inside your brain for ages. Now, in my mid-life, I can appreciate this fantastic piece as it deserves. Letting it take me to that past beautiful friendship age, it' s my own ' image'.🤗

Yes, a strange, mysterious epitaph of an era. Shades of Becker's Debussy influence perhaps. I had totally erased this from my mind until a viewer suggested it here. I put the track on and was transported back to music high school ... teenage memories dreading that death-defying arpeggio ... but the story has a happy ending, as some things seem to have gotten easier with age!

Hi Peter, it's been a while my friend. I've watched most all of your covers. Wow, masterful execution and laser beam precision! I have some suggestions/ requests. How about Yngwie's Marching Out, Joey Tafolla The Summon, MacAlpine's keyboard solos on Out of The Sun album, solos from Tony MacAlpine's Project Driver album? Glad to see you're well!
@ClassicSoloSpotlight9 ай бұрын
Good to see you too Derryl, long time indeed. Still have that great CD of yours you sent me. You may have read my mind, because two of those are coming later this year. Marching out is planned for July and Tafolla's Zero Hour feat. Paul Gilbert for November. And does indeed have a Tony Key solo. Great suggestion with Driver, will keep that in mind. Cheers mate.

After analyzing accurately this video for 72 hours, I have finally reached the final verdict. I´ve found out your secret for playing this way... You´re not who you say. I know you were bitten by a radioactive spider🕷Before that, your best mark was "Layla"... but now, turned into "quick hand", with your new supermode, the spider style, you are able to face "Images" ... So, your real name is Peter Parker. But don´t worry, your secret is safe with us: your loyal Classic Solo Spotlight followers. Because for us, the only truth is that you are the authentic Real Guitar Hero:🎸🥇

Not sure if people understand this, but each instrument has an "evolution limit". This means that after the instrument is created, its playing will evolve until a point of marginal stagination - this is when there will be less innovation on the instrument. This happens because as time goes, a new instrumentist as to compete with all instrumentists before him - and it only get harder as time passes. Imagine, Today, learning classic piano and competing with Beethoven, Chopin, Lizst. How likely is that your music will be better than theirs? Unlikely, right. They "ended" the game. Now to my point: JB ended the guitar game.
