ProgeCAD allows you to do it, both converting .DWG to .PDF, and then .PDF to .DWG with layers. Saves me a lot of time

I love your tips...Thanks! One question: We can create a PDF that has layers; Is there a way to import a PDF with layers and convert it back to an AutoCAD drawing without having to re-trace all the line?

I did this in autocad and have an arc I needed measuring. its not a perfect arc so its difficult to trace, so do you have any suggestions about tracing or measuring or duplicating an usual arc shape in .pdf? im trying to export this arc as a .dxf file to cut on a water jet machine

I agree - it is soo slow - it is unworkable - what is the $#%@ point of all this new "Feature" when you can not use it? I hate when I see all this presenters advertising something that doesn't work.(My PC is very good)
