Good job. And you didn't have to speak Latin to talk about bugs. The net building Caddis are cool, they build nets to catch coarse particulates and fine particulates. The fines set up shop downstream of the coarse net builders and catch what they don't. A phenomenon particular to freestone streams.

If caddis flies were people, they would drink Coors Lite. That was not a compliment. Don't even think about taking it as one. That being said, and it had to be said, nice video.

Btw just because you are knowledgeable of the taxonomy of a lot of the bugs and can name them by their Latin names doesn't make you a better Fly Fisherman it makes you a better Entomologist if anything. Knowing the basics is all you need. The Trout don't know all of the different species by name nor care yet still eat them therefore I couldn't care less either. Basics and that is all you need.
