If you were paying attention, you would realise that Ellie had essentially time travelled to one month in the past. When Anna said to Ellie that she broke plates, Ellie responds "That was a month ago." That's why Anna magically had her tooth back, because it was before Ellie removed it. What happened was Ellie had a fight with Celeste, causing her to smash a bunch of plates and storm off to Claire's. Anna then followed her like how she did when she actually went missing for good (due to accidentally time travelling), but got lost in the lake. However, she only got lost time temporarily and ended up making it back home. When Ellie returns home, Celeste and Daniel are mad at Ellie for breaking a bunch of plates. Notice how they don't like act like Anna had just gone missing? It wasn't present time where Anna went missing by accidentally time travelling.
