Jody and Danny Ray have launched on the Texas side of Caddo Lake and are searching for spawning Bass. It is an eventful day of fishing, but it starts as slow as molasses. A little after mid-morning, the bites begin, which is when it gets worse because of no hook-ups. Danny is about at his wit’s end, and that’s when Jody makes the “move of the day.” His “move of the day” flipped the whole atmosphere. It is when everything began to fall into place. At this point, Danny Ray’s frustration slipped away, and that is when he started catching Bass after Bass. By the end of the day, Danny Ray’s demeanor has changed dramatically, and he admits that without Jody’s “move of the day,” it may have ended badly.

Thanks Tommy! Jesus is so good to us because a lot of that video just fell into place. The move that Jody made turned the day around, and it was unplanned!

Beautifully done! I like how you showed how God can be involved even in the "mundane" "everyday" events of life. That is something people need -- to see that God is so very near to them and is intimately involved in all parts of their life. So with that knowledge, they need to make Him their life. Great job, Danny!

Thanks Dimetric. Jesus deserves the credit for it because I did not tell my fishing buddy to read his devotional out loud. The Holy Spirit put it on Jody's heart. It reminded me of what to do when I am frustrated. Just turn to Jesus and depend on Him!
