It'll be a long old series, Doncaster. It's a big borough...not THE biggest but certainly big, and with 43 parishes it'll take me a while! Glad you like these though thanks :D

The first house you showed ( the black and white one) is the old school house. The smaller graves in the church yard are newer ones and I believe they are creamations rather than burials. The house on garden lane is the old police house.

Not sure if you know. At the start of the viaduct there is a disused railway tunnel. Wellies and a bright torch and you can walk through it.

Just to clarify a previous comment. "Cadeby" should be pronounced Cade (to rhyme with Slade) -by.

Yes indeed. The wife always calls it Cad-e-by, so me being a non-native of South Yorkshire just followed suit. Now I know different :D
