請教幾個不明白的點: 為了存放時間拉長一點的話,所以將粗黃油洗至水清,得到了很耐放的乳脂肪,這個階段的保存期限大概是?不知道黃油過期會是怎麼個樣。 之後製作了澄清黃油,理論上是更耐放的乳脂肪,這個階段的保存期限大概是? 再來是容器的問題(嚴格來說是蓋子不同),是不是用 How To Make Healthy and Nutritious Canned Food At Home 這部影片裡的兩種類型蓋子也會影響到保存期限? 例如,使用一體式的,保存期限較短。使用扣環、蓋子分體式的則保存期限較長? 最後是不管用哪種蓋子,是否需要透過浸水煮過將容器內空氣逼出來,以達到最長保存期限? 以上保存環境是指常溫狀態下。 感謝。
