普遍的說法認為胡椒餅是福州餅的誤讀，是由中東商人帶到福建再傳入台灣的，當然使用豬肉一定不是當年的原意，但這種可能性的確很高。在明代時福州就是福建重要的通商港口，在更早以前福建的泉州也有大量阿拉伯和波斯人定居，至今福建和台灣都還有帶阿拉伯血統的後代，大多姓蒲/丁/黃/馬。我有個雲林台西的丁姓朋友說他們全村都姓丁，還有幾戶至今信奉伊斯蘭教。

We don't really care about what happened in the history but what's happening now. And apparently you are using this "historical talking" to cover up what the real concern is so you wouldn't say any opinion that's against the Chinese government. In fact, you can talk whatever you want about chinese on youtube. As long as it doesn't involve "He Who Must Not Be Named", i.e. the name that starts with Xi. Otherwise some people will come knocking on your door. In China's domestic media, it's not that easy. Your videos can't contain anything different from government propaganda. Not even if you're just putting together a publicly available government document.

As a subtitle dependent person, if you add subtitles in both English and whatever dialect of Chinese you're speaking, you'll diversify your audience. A lot of your Chinese videos I start, knowing you're being informative and hilarious and I just know I'm missing out

Honestly man, I would just crank it as high as it’ll go. For reference we baked at 250centigrade. Roughly 500ish Fahrenheit? On full retard wind speed. So my money would be on getting the color you want, and perhaps coasting it to done on a lower temperature until you get the internal temp you want. Fore reference we pulled ours at 60c
