I like to use syllables for those harder rhythms. For the 7lets I think of the word imponderability, and for the 5s I use hippopotamus.

@@danielslone2021 I use the word university for 5lets. I love the idea of using syllables for this sort of thing, but the issue I have is building up muscle memory for a 7let. I can do 5lets no problem, 7lets are just a new thing to get used to.
