Your recent piece from your Substack on the Astralis-BLAST controversy regarding Cadian is fantastic. I shared it online as I live in Denmark and interact with Danes on a daily basis. The amount of people here who have no clue or simply do not care about the shady shit Astralis has been involved in is shocking. Goes to show that even in a country where the sociocultural philosophy is that everyone should be seen as an equal, people are not willing to call out Astralis for their incompetent management and their downright immoral antics - just because of their past success and for being the biggest representatives of the Danish esports scene.
@Lucaz99Ай бұрын
That’s funny to hear. Makes sense though, no matter how idyllic your culture might be or sound, we’re all humans in the end.
@sebastiangundolf6740Ай бұрын
Being incompetent isn't a crime nor moraly wrong.. lying all the time to the public, making backroom deals to be favoured or being held to different standards than other orgs is ugly. It seems it doesn't even help them in this case, quite the opposite considering their roster shuffle made them face Vitality first and Spirit after.. Still I'd rather see fair competition. So we can all shut up, watch the players and talk about the games.. and no matter how it ends, there is no discussion if the results are as they should be or what would have been if they rules were enforced. Does it even matter or would the results have been the same anyways. It leaves a really bad taste and makes you wonder how this scene would be like if multiple orgs behaved this way

I agree Richard, the best part of every single Astralis or NIP fiasco is definitely watching everyone involved have to confidently say that this was the plan all along and that they're sticking with this, only to completely walk it back and change everything like 3 weeks later. It truly never gets old.

What if, in the inevitable collapse of this new lineup, stabbi this time sides with cadian after he tells them "Guys, you know how good we were when I was awping. Sure, device is good, but he really only farms eco kills. I get the impact kills." and then, finally free from the yoke of astralis, device gets to play with his old leader karrigan once more, who revives his career as a goat awp and faze go on to win everything.
