Hi Brandon! In a drawing, after a command, we select a area and name it ROOM OR KITCHEN ,it will reflect ROOM 10 X 12 . What is command?

I HAVE A WEIRD PROBLEM. IF I OFFSET 2' THEN MEASUREMENT GIVE ME 2'1". THIS WAY MEASUREMENTS ARE GOING TO BE WRONG ALWAYS.AND ALSO I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH FEET AND INCH. EVERY TIME I HAVE TO PUT (') OR (") I HAVE TO PRESS TWO TIME AND THEY APPEAR DOUBLE ALWAYS .SO I HAVE TO SELECT AND DELETE ONE OF THEM AS IF I USE BACKSPACE THEN THEY BOTH GOT REMOVED. PLEASE HELP.
