I WOULD LIKE TO ASK. WHAT EQUIPMENT YOU USE? What company loggers or trackers? To make videos with speed, revs, and GPS position on the track? As well as tracking .... how do you make those video look like that? I would really appreciate if you could advice as i am looking for EQUIPMENT that could do that. Thank you. Thank you.

GoPro Hero 8. Everything is built in and you get the GPS data displayed through the GoPro App. I hope that helps

Thanks! From memory: 4K 24P Medium sharpness GoPro colour ISO Maximum 800 (maybe 1600) Image stabilisation off. That's the gyst of it really, not a lot more to it.

I was going to say you've clearly done a few visits there then saw your reply. Bike sounds sweet too. Is the telemetry just a phone and gps? It doesn't look like the race chrono feature

Thanks buddy! Its just the GoPro 8 GPS and the 'stickers' in the GoPro app. It kind of sucks and I'm trying to find a way to stitch all the videos and keep metadata currently

@@BlackFlag94 ok cool, better than nothing! I have first trackday at Donny 27th and was going to use the racechrono with go pro and use its built in gps but you've still gotbasic feature there and cutting out all the syncronising fath

@@tristandrew5903 I've got a number of videos from Donnington Park too. I've only been there once but can't wait to go back! I would just say take some practice videos to make sure everything is syncing and working for you first. Most of all, enjoy your day!

awesome track though- I've on written off a Fireblade bottom of the gooseneck, an open FZR1000 on charlies and buried an oW01 in the wall outside the cafe. still love it though

NICE. I've got a minja too, was wondering what year yours was and what tyres you were using. Only half an hour from cadwell so watching your laps for research before hopefully being allowed to do track days.🏍👍

Dunlop D213GP. Compound 1 front and 2 rear. These were wrong for the temperature of the day though so I killed a rear on that day. The bike is a 2009.. enjoy the day mate, you'll love it.

Yes I thought you were on full fat slicks. I'm definitely a few levels below you and it will be my first motorcycle track day so just be on standard machine. Thanks for replying mate and happy thrashing the shit out anything with an engine🏍🚘👍

@@scottcrawford2610 they're a race spec tyre but still with tread. This was the first ride with new to me (2nd hand) Ohlins front and rear. They were too softly sprung at the time. I've since gotten stiffer springs then found they were also too low on oil. Fingers crossed I can get on a trackday this year with the correct air gap in the forks. My only mods are brake related or the new suspension.. Still has road fairings 👌

@@BlackFlag94 ok I'll look into them. So coming from car track days it's much the same in terms of if you up the grip the brakes will probably show there weakness first along with weak road springs and damping. I take it the ohlins is an upgrade

I'm aware.. but I'll take it for my first time there, freezing cold and new to me suspension with incorrect springs and oil height 👍

Fair play first time there its not the easiest track to learn and be fast on to be fair, is the bike tuned it sounds sweet
