Session 6 of a great Track Day at a sunny Cadwell Park. My second Track Day here following my first the day before. What an awesome track, I still have a huge amount to learn but pleased with how the day went.

Awesome video, stunning weather and brilliant riding 💪💪💪 What telemetry are you using and could I use it with my Hero 7 Black and how much did it cost ? Have done a Cadwell trackday (Lower group) & Donington on my R6.....Got the bug now 👍
@gjrendle11 ай бұрын
Thank you, I use a GoPro hero 8 black which has built in GPS and Telemetry as standard, you just have to make sure the GPS setting is turned on on the camera before recording, then I load the GoPro MP4 file into a piece of software called “Telemetry Overlay” which I paid about £60 for and you can put what ever gauges on it you want to and render 4K video from this software. It reads the telemetry data from the MP4 file. I would have thought the Hero 7 black would work in the same way. Hope this is helpful. I know what you mean about the bug, this sport gets so addictive!

@@gjrendle Thank you for the reply and I love your videos 👍I'm not computer savvy but I have seen loads of telemetry and yours is my favourte so I will eventually aim for the system you have set up and the price seem very reasonable too. Top man 💥💥💥

Hey man! What did you use for this HUD on your video and what camera are you using? Great footage!

Hey Bubble Buddy! I use a GoPro Hero 8 Black and a piece of software called Telemetry Overlay which extracts the GPS/Telemetry data from the GoPro files, I also use this software to render the videos into 4K MP4

@@gjrendle Hi mate. How accurate do you think the bank angle sensor is?
@gjrendle Жыл бұрын
@@Officialnrb Hi I think it’s reasonably accurate although it can lag a little bit as you may notice in the video, it generally shows up to 45 degrees of lean angle and I am getting right to the edge of the tyre. The tyre is a 60 profile and 180 wide, so very U shaped

@@gjrendle Many thanks. It makes me sceptical about the bank angle display on my BMW? The bikes you follow appear to be leant of further than me despite what my angle reads. 🤷♂️

Hi I use a GoPro hero 8 to gather the GPS/telemetry data and then lid the files into a piece of software called “telemetry overlay” to extract data and render the video
