Hi, can you give us a course about getting exrernal data in Cadworx 2019 (Excel with table and LINE-REF, Ged.xml, PGP. XML) I tried to do with pod processor graphique but its not working

When setting BOM i get an error :"An error occurred while accessing the external database.." How to resolve this
